1. Course Fee Refund

  • All course fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Once enrollment is confirmed and access to course materials or sessions is provided, no refund will be issued.
  • Refund requests due to personal reasons, schedule conflicts, or change of mind will not be accepted.

2. Placement Assistance Fees

  • Fees paid for placement assistance, interview preparation, or career support are non-refundable.
  • Placement Point Solutions does not guarantee job placement, so refunds will not be provided if a student is not placed.

3. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases such as:
  • Course cancellation by Placement Point Solutions
  • Duplicate or excess payment made by mistake
In such cases, the decision of Placement Point Solutions will be final.

4. Refund Process (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
  • Any transaction or processing charges may be deducted.

5. Non-Transferable Fees

  • Course fees cannot be transferred to another student or course.
  • Enrollment benefits are strictly limited to the registered student.
