strive to ensure a seamless experience in exploring, evaluating, and enrolling in
our programs. Our refund policy is governed by specific terms and conditions. By purchasing a
training course from Placement Point Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to
our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy.
Cancellation & Refund Eligibility:
If a candidate wishes to withdraw from any of our technical programs, they may
request a cancellation and refund. The eligibility criteria are as follows:
Case 1: Cancellation Within 2 Days of Enrollment
- Candidates who cancel their enrollment within 2 days of registration are
eligible for a full refund.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less Than 3 Days
- Candidates enrolling in a program that begins within 3 days of registration
can receive a 50% refund upon cancellation.
Refund Request Process:
Refund requests can be submitted through our official channels. Requests must
be made within the specified time frame mentioned in the eligibility criteria.
Refund Processing Timeline:
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after approval.
- The refund will be issued through the original payment method.
Refund Policy for EMI Transactions:
Case 1: Cancellation within 2 Days of EMI Enrollment
- Candidates opting for EMI payments can request a cancellation within 2
days of registration.
Case 2: Program Starting in Less Than 2 Days
- If a program begins within 2 days of enrollment, candidates can apply for
EMI cancellation before the course starts
EMI Cancellation Processing Timeline:
- EMI cancellations will be processed within 20 working days after approval.
- The refund will be credited through the original payment source.
Important Notes:
- No refunds or EMI cancellations will be entertained once the classes
commence. - Placement Point Solutions reserves the right to modify the refund policy without prior notice.
