(e) Payment Information: Payment details, transaction records, billing information (processed through secure third-party payment gateways);
(f) Technical Information: IP address, device information, browser type, usage data, and website interaction data when accessing our digital platforms;

(c) Maintaining alumni records;
(d) Complying with legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
3. Where required by law, certain financial or contractual records may be retained for the statutory period prescribed under applicable Indian laws.

1. A Candidate may request deletion of personal data by submitting a written request to the Company through the designated contact details.
2. Upon receiving such request, PlacementPS shall review the request and delete or anonymize the personal data, unless retention is required for:
(a) Ongoing placement processes;
(b) Compliance with legal or regulatory obligations;
(c) Defense of legal claims;
(d) Legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
3. Where complete deletion is not feasible (for example, data stored in secure backups), such data shall be securely isolated and protected from further processing.
4. Once deleted, the Company shall not be responsible for restoring placement opportunities, interview records, or historical data that were erased at the Candidate’s request.
1. PlacementPS may engage third-party service providers to support its operations, including but not limited to:
(a) Cloud storage and hosting providers;
(b) Learning management systems (LMS);
(c) Payment gateway processors;
(d) Communication platforms (email, SMS, video conferencing tools);
(e) Recruitment partners, internship providers, and hiring companies.
2. The Candidate acknowledges and consents that, for the purpose of internship facilitation and placement assistance, PlacementPS may share relevant personal data — including resumes, academic details, skill profiles, and contact information — with prospective employers, recruitment partners, and corporate clients.
3. Such sharing shall be limited to information reasonably necessary to facilitate interviews, assessments, hiring processes, and employment verification.
4. PlacementPS requires third-party service providers to implement reasonable security measures to safeguard personal data; however, PlacementPS shall not be responsible for independent acts or omissions of such third parties beyond its reasonable control.
5. PlacementPS does not sell personal data to third parties for unrelated marketing or commercial exploitation.
1. In the event of a confirmed personal data breach that is likely to cause significant harm to Candidates, PlacementPS shall take reasonable steps to:
(a) Investigate the nature and scope of the breach;
(b) Contain and mitigate potential damage;
(c) Notify affected individuals where required under applicable law.
2. Such notification, where applicable, shall include a general description of the nature of the breach, the type of data affected, and recommended steps for protective action.
3. PlacementPS shall also comply with any reporting obligations to regulatory authorities as required under applicable data protection laws in India.
4. Notwithstanding the above, PlacementPS shall not be liable for data breaches resulting from force majeure events, cyberattacks beyond reasonable control, or unauthorized access caused by the Candidate’s own negligence.
1. PlacementPS may disclose personal data if required to do so under applicable law, regulation, court order, governmental request, or lawful directive issued by a competent authority.
2. Such disclosures may include sharing personal information with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, tax authorities, judicial bodies, or other public authorities as legally mandated.
3. Where legally permissible, PlacementPS shall take reasonable steps to inform the affected Candidate prior to such disclosure.
4. PlacementPS shall ensure that any disclosure made under this Clause is limited to the extent necessary to comply with the legal obligation.
1. Subject to applicable law, the Candidate has the right to:
(a) Request access to personal data held by PlacementPS;
(b) Request correction or updating of inaccurate or incomplete information;
(c) Request deletion of personal data, subject to legitimate retention requirements;
(d) Withdraw consent for data processing, where processing is based on consent;
(e) Seek clarification on how their data is being processed.
2. Requests under this Clause may be submitted in writing through the designated contact details provided by PlacementPS.
3. Withdrawal of consent or deletion of data may impact PlacementPS’s ability to continue providing training, internship facilitation, or placement assistance services.
4. PlacementPS shall respond to data-related requests within a reasonable time, in accordance with applicable law.
