PLACEMENT POLICY

This Placement Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Placement Point Solutions (“PlacementPS”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By enrolling in any course, training program, internship facilitation, or placement assistance service, the Candidate (“You” / “Your”) expressly agrees to the terms of this Placement Policy.

1. Nature of Placement Assistance:

1. Placement Point Solutions provides placement assistance and facilitation services only.

2. The Company does not guarantee employment, job placement, internship placement, salary level, job role, designation, or time-bound placement under any circumstances.

3. Placement opportunities are subject to multiple external factors including but not limited to:

  • Candidate’s technical knowledge and skill level
  • Communication and interview skills
  • Academic background
  • Practical performance during training
  • Discipline, attendance, and professional conduct
  • Market demand and hiring trends
  • Employer-specific eligibility criteria

4. Final hiring decisions are made solely by the respective employers or recruiters. The Company has no control over employer decisions and shall not be held responsible for rejection, non-selection, delays, or withdrawal of job offers.

2. Candidate Responsibilities:

1. The Candidate is solely responsible for:

  • Completing the training program diligently
  • Maintaining required attendance and discipline
  • Preparing adequately for interviews
  • Updating resumes and profiles as advised
  • Attending scheduled interviews and assessments

2. Failure to participate actively in training, mock interviews, assessments, or employer interactions may affect placement opportunities, for which the Company shall not be liable.

3. Interview & Offer Process:

1. The Company may share candidate profiles with prospective employers based on eligibility and suitability.

2. Interview calls, assessments, and selection processes are entirely managed by the employer.

3. The Company does not influence salary negotiations, employment terms, joining dates, background verification outcomes, or employer policies.

4. Any job offer made to the Candidate is strictly between the Candidate and the employer. The Company shall not be a party to any employment contract.

4. Limitation of Liability:

1. The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Non-selection in interviews
  • Delay in receiving interview calls
  • Withdrawal of job offers by employers
  • Termination of employment after joining
  • Salary disputes between Candidate and employer
  • Work environment or employer policies

2. The Candidate acknowledges that placement assistance is a facilitative service and not an employment contract or assurance of income.

5. Acknowledgment:

By enrolling in the program and availing placement assistance, the Candidate confirms that they understand and accept that placement depends primarily on their own skills, preparation, performance, hard work, and interview abilities, and that Placement Point Solutions does not guarantee any job placement.
