This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Placement Point Solutions (“PlacementPS”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”). By enrolling in any course, training program, internship facilitation, placement assistance service, or allied service, the Candidate (“You” / “Your”) expressly agrees to this Refund Policy.
1. All fees paid to PlacementPS are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.

2. Payments are personal to the enrolled Candidate and cannot be substituted or reassigned.
1. In cases where installment payment has been formally approved in writing by the Company, the Candidate shall remain liable to pay the entire course fee.
2. Failure to complete installment payments shall not entitle the Candidate to any refund and may result in suspension or termination of services without prejudice to the Company’s right to recover outstanding dues.
4.1 The Company reserves absolute discretion to review extraordinary cases, if any. However, such review shall not create any right, entitlement, or precedent for refund.
4.2 Any decision taken by the Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
By enrolling and making payment, the Candidate confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy and that no verbal assurances, representations, or promises regarding refunds shall be binding unless expressly provided in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Placement Point Solutions.
